Annual Open House set for April 28, 2018

In 2008 we held our inaugural open house tour event for “pre-loved” lake homes in The Ridge on Lake Martin. Our 2018 tour of available Ridge lake homes will take place the last Saturday of April to coincide with Russell Marine’s In-Water Boat Show at The Ridge Marina.

This year we are proud to show off a great collection of available homes. Since The Ridge is by far the most ambitious development on Lake Martin, you would expect an impressive array of lake homes — and these homes are impressive! There is nearly something for everyone. There are lakefront townhomes, lakefront homes, lakefront cottages and lakefront estate properties.

Come Early – Stay Late

The event begins at 12:30 and ends at 4:30. All of the homes are “one-of-a-kind” properties with so many unique features and spaces, so you will want to come early and stay late to see even a sampling. You will likely budget 10-15 minutes per property, and with 14 properties reserved, well, you can do the math.

The good news is that if you can stay with us until 6:00, the Lake Martin Realty team will treat our guests to a special “Cinco de Mayo” celebration at the last property on the tour. The celebration will include something to wet your whistle, and Kowaliga Restaurant is bringing over samplings to tide our guests over till dinner.

Ridge Sales are Brisk

Over the last twelve months fifty properties have sold and closed in The Ridge. The sales consisted of different types of properties including eight completed new homes, 17 homes that will be built in the upcoming year, seven lots for future builds, six existing townhomes and 11 existing homes. That sales volume exceeds $53,000,000 in property sales!

In addition to those sales, a number of new projects have been approved on lakefront homesites that sold in prior years. The Ridge will have literally dozens of construction projects underway over the next year propelling unprecedented growth in The Ridge.
