Haven’t the last few days been kind of nice outside? It’s been a little warmer, and with some bright blue skies, it almost feels like spring! (And a little wishful thinking mixed in.) We have seen folks taking advantage of the slightly warmer temps and the recent blue skies to get out on the Russell Forest Trails to do some walking. A few folks have been doing a little running in preparation for the 15th annual Russell Forest Run.

The Russell Forest Run 10K and 5K will be here in just a few days. The shirts are in, the bibs are being printed, the blanks for use in the machine gun that starts the run are being made, and registrations are coming in!

If you haven’t registered for the run, now would be a great time. Our Race Director’s mother has been heard saying more than once, “There’s no time like the present!” So, click the link below, find the registration tab, and you’re set to join your friends in the Russell Forest.
