Heritage Release Announced

Phase 3 is nearly ready for the market

Excitement is in the air. The spring season, with its new growth and warmer temperatures, tells us that lake season is here! We are even more excited than usual this spring because we will have a full season of golf at the new Wicker Point Golf Club.

In addition to the course being open for play, the clubhouse, designed by Hank Long, is complete as well, providing a wonderful dining and event venue for club members. Wicker Point was recently recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top three new private courses in the nation for 2023.

The golf club is in the heart of our newest development, The Heritage. The community will have a wonderful amenity package which will include The Benjamin Lake Club. While the golf club is private, The Benjamin is available for all Heritage property owners to use and enjoy.

 

The Benjamin Lake Club

 

The lake club is a waterfront amenity that includes a two-story clubhouse with event space, owners’ bar, and fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a resort pool complex, community docks, beach, tennis and pickleball courts, walking paths, and event lawns. The lake club, given its features, is an unmatched amenity on Lake Martin. The Benjamin is being built by Brasfield & Gorrie and is scheduled to open in June of 2025.

Over the last two years, while we were still in the construction phase of Wicker Point, we released Phases 1 and 2 of the waterfront lots in The Heritage. Those releases were very successful. All 52 properties in Phase 1 have sold, and currently, only two properties are available in Phase 2 (77 total sales). That response caused us to advance the release of Phase 3 properties by two years.

Lots in Phase 3 are located on the beautiful waterfront peninsula where the golf club gets its name—Wicker Point (View Master Plan map). This piece of land has one of the most attractive shorelines on Lake Martin. The gentle topography of the land allows for easy access from the house to the shoreline and big water views. Lots in Phase 3 are very large, averaging slightly over one acre with 250 feet of shoreline.

We have had an overwhelming response to The Heritage so far. Road construction will continue into April, so we recommend, for your safety, that you let one of our Sales Executives arrange a visit to the property.
