Grand reveal set for Valentine’s Weekend

The workers are frantically working to finish this beautiful new home in The Ridge on Lake Martin. To date, we have only had progress photos to provide updates to the rendering shown above. Those progress photos leave a lot to the imagination, but soon you can see this year’s first newly finished model at Russell Lands On Lake Martin.

We call this beautiful design the Double Rock since nearly everything on the main floor is repeated on the terrace level. There are two bedroom suites on the main floor and two on the terrace level. There is an open kitchen, family room and dining arrangement on the main level, and there is an open kitchenette, rec-room and dining on the terrace level.

There are a few subtle differences on each floor, however. On the main level, you will find the master suite, gourmet kitchen and vaulted living room with fireplace. On the terrace level, you will find a huge rec-room that is ideal for billiards AND family overflow as well as second laundry and over-sized lake prep room.

In order to show this house to its full potential, Legacy Homes employed interior designer Nan Jackson to make décor selections, while Johnson Furniture of Eclectic is providing an exciting collection of new lake home furniture.
