Valentine’s Day Wine Dinner

This Valentine’s Day, indulge in a romantic wine dinner with your sweetheart. An intimate four-course meal prepared by Chef Rob McDaniel will be paired with award-winning wines from Montinore Estate. Montinore Estate is a family-owned and operated winery in the northern Willamette Valley that produces exceptional Pinot Noir and cool climate white varietals. Established in 1982, Montinore Estate is the largest producer of certified estate wines made from Biodynamic® grapes in the country. Montinore Estate only makes wine from grapes they grow, 100% estate grown fruit. All of their 230 acres of grapes are farmed using Biodynamic farming. Enjoy the romantic, rustic charm, roaring fireplaces and the unmatched cuisine of SpringHouse and unique wines from Montinore Estate that are true to their varietal characteristics as well as to their unique corner of the Willamette Valley.
Hors-d’oeuvres and first pour to start at 6:00 pm with the first course served at 7:00 pm.
The cost of the Wine Dinner is $90 per person. This includes all food and wine. Additional beverages, tax, or gratuity are not included

Hors d’oeuvres: Pork rind, lemon zest, parmesan, chive almond crusted goat cheese
1st course: Pear, endive, pistachio salad, herbs, cider dressing

2nd course: Pompano en papillote, potato, herb butter, lemon zest, parsley
Montinore Estate “Almost Dry” Riesling
3rd course: Braised pork shank, root vegetables, pot liquor
Montinore Estate “Red Cap” Pinot Noir
4th course: Duck confit, Carolina gold rice, dates, figs, pecans, Poirier’s cane syrup, orange

This reservation can only be changed until Wednesday, Feb 13 at 6:00 pm.
Canceling this reservation after Wednesday, Feb 13 at 6:00 pm may trigger a cancellation fee of $90 per guest.
