Builder Completes Ridge Lake Home

New Approved Builder completes “great” first effort

Russell Lands On Lake Martin is pleased to announce that a new waterfront home has just been completed in the South Ridge Harbor neighborhood of The Ridge. The house design is called the Stonehaven, and the builder is the newest Approved Builder for The Ridge, Lake Martin Signature Construction.

About Lake Martin Signature Construction

Calling the team at Lake Martin Signature Construction “new builders” is not entirely accurate. They are not new to the building business. They are just a new entity. In fact, we have history with members of the ownership team dating back ten and twenty years.

The LM Signature team has three key members—Steve Fuller, David Robinette and Andrew McGreer. Steve, a long-time general contractor, has been working on Russell Lands building projects in a variety of capacities since the early 2000s. David Robinette, a civil engineer, has been partners with Steve Fuller in lake projects for well over ten years, while Andrew, a New England contractor transplant, has been building in Alabama for nearly a decade.

This diverse team combined their talents last year to begin building much-needed quality new home projects in two Russell Lands neighborhoods—The Ridge and The Willows. The Ridge home is the first of the two new “for sale” projects to be completed in our neighborhoods.

About the Stonehaven

The Stonehaven is a brand new design by Bill Farshee, a well-known Ridge designer, and features four bedroom suites—two on the main and two on the lake level—a fabulous bunk room adjacent to the lake level rec room, a potential full guest apartment over the two-car garage, large lake-prep room and two laundry rooms.

The Stonehaven will be fully furnished by Nan Jackson and Johnson Furniture and unveiled to the public on July 27, 2019, from 4-7pm. We hope you can join us to see this exciting new Ridge home.
