Wine Dinner to Showcase Spain and Portugal

Iberian Wine Dinner
Thursday, September 16 – 6pm

The evening will consist of four courses plus hors d’oeuvres starting at 6pm. For this wine dinner, we will visit four of the main wine regions of Spain and one of the most well-known wine regions in Portugal.

with burnt orange aioli, frisée & arugula

with mushrooms, rutabaga, goat cheese, rosemary cream
La Rioja Alta “Vina Alberdi,” Tempranillo – Rioja, Spain

Third Course

Pork Roulade
with pork sausage, polenta, romesco sauce
Fraga do Corvo, Mencia – Galicia, Spain

Fourth Course

Plum Tart
with pecan streusel, spiced orange glaze, ice cream
Valdespino, Pedro Ximenez – Andalucia, Spain
