This Valentine’s Day, indulge in a romantic wine dinner with your sweetheart. An intimate four-course meal prepared by Chef Rob McDaniel will be paired with award-winning wines from Montinore Estate. Montinore Estate is a family-owned and operated winery in the northern Willamette Valley that produces exceptional Pinot Noir and cool climate white varietals. Established in 1982, Montinore Estate is the largest producer of certified estate wines made from Biodynamic^® grapes in the country. Montinore Estate only makes wine from grapes they grow, 100% estate-grown fruit. All of their 230 acres of grapes are farmed using Biodynamic farming.

Enjoy the romantic, rustic charm, roaring fireplaces and the unmatched cuisine of SpringHouse and unique wines from Montinore Estate that are true to their varietal characteristics as well as to their unique corner of the Willamette Valley.

Hors-d’oeuvres and first pour to start at 6pm with the first course served at 7pm.

Canceling this reservation after Wednesday, Feb 13 at 6pm may incur a cancellation fee of $90 per guest.
