The Heritage Property Release Date Set

Between rainstorms, our road building team was able to put the finishing touches on the road network for The Heritage Phase 4. We have been working on this new section for almost a year, and we are very excited about this new addition to this very popular community.

Why are we excited? Because of the location. This is the first of our property offerings that actually touches the Wicker Point Golf Club course and is adjacent to the brand-new Benjamin Lake Club. We think potential owners will be excited as well. Allow us to explain.

First, each of the waterfront properties, averaging one acre and 270 feet of shoreline, are located on Lake Martin, one of the country’s premier lakes. Second, the property is next to Alabama’s best golf course, as noted by Golf Magazine. Third, each of these owners can easily walk to the brand-new Benjamin Lake Club, a facility with a clubhouse, fitness center, owners’ bar, pool complex, poolside snack bar, beach, community docks, eight tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. That means sunrise-to-sunset recreation!

The Heritage has already proven to be the most exciting new development on the lake. With over 1,500 acres of land and 12 miles of pristine shoreline, we have been able to fashion a very special community. We began road construction into this quiet parcel in 2021. We had high hopes to build, with the Coore & Crenshaw team’s skill, a world-class golf course. That was achieved. We wanted to create a collection of waterfront lots that are unmatched in the country. Prior to Phase 4, we have created 118 waterfront lots and sold 115 of those properties, so they must be special!

But we have heard that a number of people have been waiting for Phase 4 due to the views and proximity to the two clubs, Wicker Point Golf Club and The Benjamin. (Wicker Point is a private club, and The Benjamin is for all property owners in The Heritage.) The lay of the land and the beauty of this collection of lots are not too shabby either!

As is our custom, we will release price lists, sales maps, and plats to those who have an interest in this new collection on June 20, 2025. We will allow customers to work with one of our Sales Executives on viewing the property and visiting the two clubs until July 16, 2025, when we will consider offers on the properties.
