Heritage lot release scheduled for April

We are excited to announce that the road paving for The Heritage Phase 3 has been completed. We are nearly ready to release this newest collection of building sites on the Wicker Point peninsula, one of Lake Martin’s most beautiful shorelines. Only two properties are still available of the nearly 80 properties that were released in Phases 1 and 2, and we advanced our development plans by nearly two years to keep up with the demand for property in this new community.

The Heritage is an amenity-rich development with the Wicker Point Golf Club located in the heart of the property. The under-construction lake club, The Benjamin (scheduled to open June of 2025), will be the finest recreational facility on the lake.
