The Heritage Phase 4 Release Announced

If you have been waiting for the next phase of The Heritage, your wait is nearly over. Final sales maps, pricing, and property staking should be available on June 20, 2025. As usual, we will allow those interested three weeks to tour the property prior to our review of any offers.

In the meantime, our road crews will be working to finish fine grading, installation of retaining walls, and the paving of new roads that will provide access to this new enclave of waterfront homesites.

We are excited about this area due to the proximity to the private Wicker Point Golf Club and The Benjamin Lake Club. Wicker Point Golf Club is the home of the Coore & Crenshaw-designed golf course, recently rated by Golf Digest as Alabama’s best course.

The brand-new Benjamin Lake Club is Lake Martin’s only lakeside residential recreational facility. The lake club has a large clubhouse with community gathering and meeting space on the main level with fitness and locker rooms on the lower pool-side level. In addition to the two pools, the outdoor features include a lakeside beach, owners’ courtesy docks, walking paths, event lawns, eight clay tennis courts and eight pickleball courts.

The amenities available in The Heritage are first class. The lakefront lots are as well. Average lot size is just over an acre with approximately 250 feet of shoreline. We are excited with the diverse collection of waterfront lots. There are large point lots with beautiful golf course views, lots with gentle topography in quiet coves, and lots with big-water views.

We have released almost 120 waterfront lots over the last three years in The Heritage, and, so far, only five remain unsold. Given this success and the proximity to the amenities, we expect demand for the 30-plus lots to be pretty strong.
