Russell Marine Progresses, Marinas Remain Open

Although progress has been slowed due to COVID-19, headway continues for the new Russell Marine Boating and Outdoors store located on HWY 280. The 150,000-square-foot building has been transformed and will house the largest inventory of new and pre-owned boats, personal watercraft, side-by-sides, Pro Shop and more.

In addition to the top-of-the-line brands from Nautique, Sea Ray, Godfrey Pontoon Boats, Hurricane, Scarab, Supreme, Key West and Sea-Doo, there will be even more great brands such as fishing boats from SeaArk, BassCat and Crevalle Boats, plus a sport boat from Bryant and off-road vehicles from Can-Am. The Pro Shop has also added new brands such as Huk Performance fishing apparel & clothing, Hook & Tackle performance gear and an extended line of Lake Martin apparel and souvenirs. Marinas open for business

The Ridge Marina, Kowaliga Marina, River North Marina and Real Island Marina remain open during regular business hours and are operating by appointment only for boat sales, service, Pro Shop sales and ship store sales. Showrooms are closed to the public. The Pro Shop is offering a 20% discount, and items will be delivered dockside or curbside. The gas docks remain open during regular business hours, and customers are asked to stay in their boat while the dock hands pump gas wearing gloves and a mask. 24-hour gas pumps remain open at The Ridge Marina and Kowaliga Marina.

Let’s all do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. Remember…social distancing even applies on the lake. So please do not raft up or beach your boat with other boats, as this creates an unsafe environment. If we all do our part, we can all stay safe and soon return to better days on the water.
