Ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority, especially during these troubling times. As we are committed to doing our part to contain the spread of COVID-19, effective Thursday, April 9, and until it is deemed safe to return to business-as-usual, all Russell Marine retail showrooms will be closed to the public. This said, we have implemented several strategies to continue to support your boating needs.

Our gas docks will remain fully staffed during normal business hours. However, all boaters must remain in the boat while it is being refueled. As an added layer of protection, our dock hands will wear protective gloves and face masks while they attend to your boat. During off-business hours, we hope you will make use of one of our 24-hour gas pumps at Kowaliga and The Ridge.

We will continue to service boats and personal watercraft, but by appointment only. We ask you to please call your marina to schedule your needed service. If you are interested in purchasing a boat, please make an appointment with one of our sales team members at any of our marinas. Financing staff is also available. If your boat is still in storage, call your marina and let the team know what to stock your boat with so it will be ready when you arrive. If your boat is at Kowaliga, The Ridge, or River North, the SpeedyDock App can be used to schedule the launch of your boat.

If you need a new rope, tube, lifejacket, or anything else to make your day on the water an enjoyable one, our Pro Shop is offering dockside delivery. Simply call your marina with your request, let us know when you have arrived, and we will bring your new items to you at the dock or curbside. To ensure a speedy and safe transaction, we’ll take your credit card number over the phone when you place your order. We are even offering a 20% discount on all in-stock items (excluding watercraft and fuel).

As always, our team members will be available to you by phone and email during our regular hours of operation—Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.

Let’s all do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. Remember…social distancing even applies on the lake. So please do not raft up or beach your boat with other boats, as this creates an unsafe environment. If we all do our part, we can all stay safe and soon return to better days on the water.

For up-to-date information and hours, visit RussellMarine.net or call your local marina.
