Popular lake home design finds a new destination

We have been planning, designing, permitting, and building for years, and finally the big day is nearly here. Russell Lands’ road crews are putting the final touches on the new road system that will provide access to this multiphase luxury cabin neighborhood.

Located just south of Kowaliga Marina and west of Children’s Harbor, this new cabin enclave is in the heart of Lake Martin. When long-time Lake Martin lovers think about the lake, Kowaliga is one of the first, if not the first, places they think about. This neighborhood is sure to create lake memories for future generations of lake lovers.

We will release the plat, sales map, price list for cabins and lots, and other information to interested parties on April 10, 2025. Those interested will have 20 days to review the information, tour the property with one of our agents, and formulate an offer. The builder for these cabins at Kowaliga will be Classic Homes, LLC, who has been the builder for all of the “for sale” Russell Cabins. Chad Calhoun’s team has created an extensive library of cabin plans that are perfectly suited for this part of the lake. Classic Homes’ library of plans will be available for review on the 10^th as well.

The location of the property is special, and the lot selection is top of the line. The lots have mature trees, great views (with privacy), and gentle topography to allow for a gentle walk to the water.
