3 TIPS FOR A GREAT RUN:
- Wear the right shoes. The more you run, the more support your foot needs. It’s true – foot pronation and shoe instability are the second-most common cause of running injuries.
- Eat breakfast. Give your body the fuel it needs to run – like a bagel with peanut butter or oatmeal.
- Enjoy the ride – er, run. Whether you’re a hardcore competitor or just out to support a worthy cause, give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views, the camaraderie, and the pure joy that only being outdoors can bring.
