Heritage Phase 2 Update

At this same time last year, we were gratified that we were able to sell 47 of the 52 waterfront homesites offered in The Heritage Phase 1. This new lakefront community had received a great deal of interest due to the announcement of the Coore & Crenshaw-designed Wicker Point Golf Club and the beautiful Lake Martin waterfront properties that lined this pristine shoreline.

We thought that Phase 1 would provide a two-to-three-year inventory of waterfront homesites for custom lake homes. We were surprised that we were able to sell so many properties right out of the gate. That moved us to ramp up development activity early for Phase 2 which adjoins Phase 1 on the beautiful Wicker Point peninsula. Phase 2 is a smaller collection of waterfront homesites, just 27 in this year’s release, but sales were brisk on opening day with 21 properties selling within the first 24 hours.
