New conceptual design for The Heritage

We have a new Approved Architect for Lake Martin’s newest and most exciting new development, The Heritage. Matt Costanzo, a Birmingham-based architect, is a very talented and qualified architect. Matt hails from Long Island, New York. He attended Clemson, met a Vestavia Hills charmer while there, and made the smart move to Birmingham.

The land in The Heritage is beautifully different compared to our most recent waterfront developments, The Ridge, Willow Glynn and The Willows of Willow Point. Besides being located on a different part of the lake, the land at The Heritage has a different character. That is a primary reason we decided to build a Coore & Crenshaw-designed private golf course in the center of its 1,500 acres.

If the location and the land are impressive, we think that the homes should be equally as impressive. While The Ridge, Willow Glynn, and The Willows have beautiful homes, we thought that The Heritage demanded something new in keeping with the land and location.

Matt’s new design, The Linden, is a beautiful lake home and perfect for the gentle topography found in The Heritage. We love the blending of natural wood siding and stone on the exterior as well as the impressive roof shapes.

The floorplan is ideal for those who want to entertain friends and family at the lake. The large open concept plan has a gorgeous dining space, expansive family room, and lovely kitchen with built-in banquette.

The primary suite is so comfortable you will never want to leave the lake. Your guests will love the second main-floor suite and the three covered outdoor living areas. The side terrace is perfect for a small garden or a run for your furry friends. Upstairs are multiple suites and a fabulous bunk room.
