Release date for homesites in The Willows Phase 5 confirmed

Road construction began in The Willows Phase 5 last fall, and despite wet weather and COVID delays, work will wrap up at the end of May as scheduled. This new road accesses the third and final phase of traditional waterfront homesites for this very popular neighborhood on Lake Martin.

So far, the vast majority of The Willows homesites have been located on the inside of the long and beautiful Pitchford Hollow cove, just north of Willow Point. This newest collection of homesites sits on a beautiful piece of lakefront property outside of the Pitchford Hollow cove. The homesites in this collection front Pleasure Island Bay and enjoy a variety of big water views, some to the south, some to the west, and all extraordinary.

Rather than dividing this beautiful shoreline into slivers of land as many developers would be tempted to do, we have instead created just 11 very special waterfront properties. Average lot width is over 200 feet, and every lot has an impressive stand of trees. This is pristine property, as this is the first time the property has been developed for any lakefront purpose since the lake was created.

Date of release

In order to give road crews time to reach a point where the lots may be safely accessed, we will release plats and the price list on May 14, 2021. The property is being handled exclusively by our sales organization, and the release on May 14 will be to those who have expressed an interest prior to that date.
