It’s Labor Day Weekend – let it begin with some Bank Walking! This week on the Town Green stage at Russell Crossroads, let’s welcome back, The Bank Walkers! The Bank Walkers, from Alexander City, love to have a good time! So when the guys, Steve “Legal” Forehand, Roger “Elwood” Holliday, David “Sticks” Sturdivant, Brian “Bicey” Bice, and Mark “Jake” Tucker take the stage, be ready to tap a toe, sing along, and have some fun with them!

The Russell Crossroads Community Garden Club will hold the season’s first Pancake Breakfast of the season Labor Day Weekend. Saturday morning, from 8am–10am, members of the Community Garden Club will be serving their famous pancakes hot off the griddle. Bring your family for breakfast. It’s a great way to start a perfect Saturday in the Lake Martin area. We’ll have the butter and syrup plus your favorite breakfast drinks (coffee, juice, etc.). Cost is $5 (cash please) and supports the Garden Club. See you Saturday morning!
