New Roles to Further Elevate SpringHouse Guest Experience

Published: 04.07.2022

When Pete McKenny started as Executive Chef last summer, he was focused on elevating SpringHouse in terms of food, service, and experience. His dishes have wowed the community, and he has proven himself both in and out of the kitchen. We are excited to announce that Pete will now have the dual role of SpringHouse General Manager and Executive Chef. Pete is ready to dive into this position and continue to enhance the SpringHouse experience.

We are also pleased to announce that Stephanie Ioffredo has accepted the position of Service and Wine Director. Stephanie has been part of the SpringHouse family since 2018, taking on new roles and responsibilities over the years. Previously a server, wine steward, and wine director, she is now eager to take on the Front of House position.

Stephanie is from a small town outside of Boston, MA. While searching for a university with an extensive hospitality program, she found herself in the South at Auburn University. “As a student, Auburn provided me with a solid foundation in the hospitality industry,” Stephanie emphasized. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, a minor in Business, an introductory sommelier certification, and invaluable work experience across hotels and restaurants.

We are looking forward to seeing Pete and Stephanie step into their new roles and continue to provide the superb experience that guests can expect at SpringHouse.
