New Roads Near Completion

New phase is in the “heart” of The Heritage

Our road builders continue working on the new road system that will provide access to the newest collection of waterfront homesites in The Heritage. Our crews have placed and compacted the last “lift” of base material in advance of testing and paving. In just a few weeks, according to our schedule, we will have paved roads to provide access to this beautiful area.

We call this new section Phase 4 since it is the fourth release of waterfront property since 2022. That is not a very “creative” name for this area, especially due to its wonderful location in the very center of the development. Click to see master plan map. That central location means that the lots on the southern side have a view of the Wicker Point Golf Club course.

Lots on the northern side enjoy a quiet cove and a short walk to The Benjamin Lake Club. This club allows owners the use of a first-class recreational waterfront facility. The center of the club is the two-story clubhouse with gathering room, meeting space, and owner’s bar on the main level with a fitness center and lakeside locker rooms on the lower level. Outside, there are two pools, trails, beach, community docks, eight pickleball courts, and eight tennis courts.

June will be a milestone month for us in The Heritage with the opening of The Benjamin Lake Club and the completion of the Phase 4 road system.
