Legacy’s latest lake home is taking shape

Someone is going to be very happy come early spring of 2022. Legacy New Homes’ newest lake home in the South Ridge Harbor section of The Ridge is scheduled for a late-February or early-March 2022 delivery date. That means a full season on Lake Martin next year!

Legacy New Homes has built a number of homes in South Ridge Harbor, and we were excited when they decided to build this attractive home on Dawson Point. The plan, The Breakwater, was designed specifically for this area of The Ridge. The width of the house design requires a wider-than-normal lakefront homesite. Wider homesites are typical of this neighborhood.

The property selected by Legacy boasts 155 feet of waterfront—more than enough room for this nearly 85-foot-wide design. The wide design allows every room on both levels of the house to enjoy a fabulous waterfront view. In fact, the views of the lake begin upon your entry at the front door and get grander with each step into large, open-concept living, dining and kitchen space.
