New lake homes underway in Russell Lands neighborhoods

Lake Martin has an inventory problem. There are not enough lake homes in Russell Lands neighborhoods to meet the demand. Builders have been so busy the last several years that they have not been able to start product that can be listed “for sale.”

Our salespeople report that they have many buyers who are disappointed that they were unable to find a lake home this summer. To provide options for them, we are happy to announce that there are a couple of notable new lake home projects underway, one in The Ridge and the other in The Willows.

Lot 10 The Ridge Phase 6
