New Model Home Open this Weekend in The Willows

Visit lot 61 in The Willows of Willow Point this weekend to tour a brand-new model home by J. David Homes, LLC! The home, a great example of potential construction within The Heritage, will be open to tour Saturday, December 9, 11am-3pm and Sunday, December 10, 12-3pm.

This fully furnished model home, designed by AR Homes®, has lots of entertainment space. There are indoor family fun rooms on the main and lake levels, as well as expansive outdoor living space, all with spectacular views of Lake Martin!

J. David Homes, LLC, a Birmingham, Alabama building firm, is led by David Bonamy. His vision was to bring a plethora of upscale features to this beautiful waterfront home that are rarely found in one package. His hope was that this model home would give potential lake homeowners new ideas to consider as they begin the search-and-planning process for their lake home.

AR Homes® is a well-respected national firm founded by Arthur Rutenburg. This company has a large portfolio of designs that may be built by affiliated companies, like J. David Homes, LLC. For this project, their in-house architectural team and designers worked with David and Russell Lands to create a beautiful lake home. Their interior design team also gave valuable input on the plans and worked closely with David’s team on the selection of décor and furniture featured in the home.
