Special introduction on January 13 & 14, 2024

A recent addition to our Approved Builder program is J. David Homes, LLC, an AR Homes® franchisee led by David Bonamy and based in Birmingham, Alabama. For over a year, David’s team was building a furnished model in The Willows. We were proud to unveil this new home in November.

The model home, located in The Willows of Willow Point, has been held open virtually every weekend since, and we have received quite a few very positive comments from both current and prospective owners on this beautiful lake home designed by AR Homes® (Arthur Rutenberg). David built and furnished this model home to showcase new design trends as well as modern home technology in one location.

As you might imagine, all of these new ideas and features have led to quite a few questions. We thought it might be a great idea to ask David to be present at his model this weekend to demonstrate new technology and to answer questions regarding décor selections and construction techniques.

David will be available on Saturday, January 13 from 11am-3pm and Sunday, January 14 from 12-3pm to discuss home designs, siting of houses, waterfront improvements, and many other questions that our customers may have.

While you are here, we invite you to take the time to tour this two-and-one-half-story fully furnished model home with this beautiful lakefront setting. The home features a fabulous master suite, two family rooms (one ideal for entertaining your lake friends), three additional suites, a lake preparation room (complete with dog bath), and much more. While this home is already spoken for, David plans on starting a similar home in The Heritage.
