Martine’s Wine Dinner
Thursday, April 22 – 6pm

Executive Chef Chris Morina and Wine Director Jacob Hoop have created a four-course prix fixe menu, plus hors d’oeuvres, specifically designed to pair beautifully with the wines. The dinner will feature wines from Martine’s. Martine’s is an importer based out of California with a strong focus in French wines.

HORS D’OEUVRES | Tour des Gendres Petillant Naturel sauvignon blanc
Smoked oysters, radish mignonette

FIRST COURSE |  Dirk Niepoort Docile vinho verde
green chickpea, asparagus, egg yolk, anchovy 

SECOND COURSE | Domaine Chasselay “beaujolais is not dead”
country pâté, mustard, dried fruit

THIRD COURSE | Domaine Santa Duc cotes de rhone
black tea brined pork chop, blueberry, turnip

DESSERT | Chateau des Justices
Honey chess pie, beeswax cream
