Lions Lake Martin Charity Poker Run
Presented by Russell Marine
Registration July 18 – 8:30–11am
Kowaliga Marina on Lake Martin
This highly anticipated event raises thousands of dollars for local charities and is a great way to spend a day on the water. Due to COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of all our customers, employees and volunteers, there will be a few modifications. The route has changed, and the final stop will now be at The Ridge Marina to allow for mandatory social distancing. Participants will start at Kowaliga Marina for registration and travel the lake drawing cards from Real Island Marina, Harbor Pointe Marina, River North Marina and The Ridge Marina.
COVID-19 Precautions
We regret that, to eliminate the risk of close contact, alcohol sales will not be allowed at The Ridge Marina after noon, and there will not be a band this year. Russell Marine staff and Lions Club members will wear masks. Additionally, due to Governor Ivey’s statewide mask mandate, all participants are required to wear face coverings when inside the marinas and during outdoor activities where ten or more people are gathered. This will likely include registration at Kowaliga Marina and during prize drawings and winners determination at The Ridge Marina.
Registration
Entry fee is $150 which includes an official T-shirt, a Lake Martin summer T-shirt, a Russell Marine bag, koozies, a boat flag and two meal tickets. Registration is available at Kowaliga Marina as well as on the Russell Marine website. Participants under 18 may enter with a parent or guardian. Prizes will be awarded as well as drawings for various giveaways and cash!
