Lake Martin Realty’s Sales Pros Honored

The real estate market in the Lake Martin region for 2018 was one of the best on record. This result was due in no small part to the extraordinary efforts of the Realtors^® of Lake Martin Realty, LLC, who along with their sister company, Russell Lands On Lake Martin, accounted for approximately 53%* of the dollar volume of all waterfront sales on Lake Martin for the calendar year.

Recently, our sales team gathered to recognize high achievements over the past year. Since its inception, Lake Martin Realty sales agents have been recognized by its parent company, Russell Lands, Inc., for different levels of achievement based on sales production.  The awards, called the President’s Club Awards, are given for different production categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

To earn recognition at any level is an accomplishment, placing agents in the top 35% of Realtors^® in the market. Like the value of their namesake precious metals, each successive category recognizes increasing achievements that eventually reach the pinnacle of the market.
