Spring Tour of Homes slated for April 23

The Ridge, Windermere and Windover are three neighborhoods located in the very heart of Russell Lands On Lake Martin. These neighborhoods have a prime location in close proximity to Russell Crossroads—the home of Catherine’s Market and SpringHouse restaurant—in addition to being located in the center of Lake Martin.

These neighborhoods are very popular, with hundreds of completed waterfront lake homes. The development of these three neighborhoods began in the early 1970s with Windermere. Development activities have continued since then and continue in The Ridge today.

Over that time span, a variety of lake homes have been built in these neighborhoods. The largest collection of homes will be in The Ridge. This multi-phase neighborhood is the largest of the three and most amenity-rich neighborhood on Lake Martin. Behind a secured entry, there are miles of trails, multiple waterfront parks, the largest lakefront marina in America and The Ridge Club, a hub for swimming, fitness, tennis and fun.

The tour will begin at the front entry of Windermere West where visitors may acquire a map. Those who tour the homes will finish at The Ridge Club from 4-6pm where they can enjoy live music and refuel with finger foods and beverages provided by Lake Martin Realty and prepared by Kowaliga Restaurant.
