July 26, 2023 Offer Date Approaches

Lake Martin’s newest and most anticipated master-planned community The Heritage either has reached or will reach several milestones this year.

Milestones reached:

  • Reconstruction of Wicker Point Road
  • Installation of sewer lines to connect to the City of Alexander City sewer system
  • Installation of main utility services including power, water, and fiber
  • The sale of the 49th and 50th properties (in just 12 months!)
  • Commencement of first new homes in Phase 1 of The Heritage
  • Completion of shaping and planting of fairways and greens for Wicker Point Golf Club
  • Paving of The Heritage Phase 2 roads

 Milestones that will be reached before year’s end:

  • Completion of the golf course, clubhouse, and Golf Shop for Wicker Point Golf Club
  • Grand opening of the private Wicker Point Golf Club
  • The first resident will move into their lakefront home in The Heritage.
  • The gated entry on Wicker Point Road will be completed to provide security.
  • Construction will commence on The Benjamin Lake Club, an amenity for the exclusive use of The Heritage residents.

All of the above is exciting news. Equally exciting has been the release of sales maps and price lists for the second collection of waterfront homesites—Phase 2 of The Heritage—on July 7, 2023. For those interested in making The Heritage their lakefront home, we want to remind you that offers on Phase 2 are due on Wednesday July 26, 2023.
