Heritage Phase 2 Lots Released Today!

This time last year, we released 52 beautiful waterfront lots in Russell Lands’ newest waterfront community, The Heritage. We thought we had a multi-year supply of property but were very surprised by selling 47 properties in the first two weeks. Due to requests by potential owners, we accelerated our construction and delivery of the next collection of beautiful waterfront homesites to occur this year.
