Fitness offerings grow at Crossroads

What started out as an experiment with free yoga classes on the Town Green a few years ago has grown in popularity and is expanding with additional classes.

Fit in 22 with Ty Levett

Do you want to be in the best shape of your life? Are you willing to give 22-minutes of your day to get that way? “Fit in 22” will be on the Town Green at Russell Crossroads Saturday, August 5 at 8:30. Come try out “Fit in 22,” you won’t be disappointed!

Ty Levett is one of the top fitness trainers in the state and has helped hundreds of people improve their health and quality of life.


Pilates with Jan Hare

Pilates is a total-body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility and strength, focusing on the powerhouse (core, lower back and buttocks) and lengthening the spine.

Jan Hare has been a certified group fitness trainer and Pilates instructor for over 20 years.  For many years, she was employed by the University of Florida where she was actively involved in aerobic training for several of the men’s and women’s sports.  She has worked with the CACC baseball team’s strength and conditioning program, and currently teaches various fitness classes at Russell Medical Total Fitness, with Pilates being one of her favorite classes.
