Iberian Wine Dinner


September 16 | 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The evening will consist of four courses plus hors d’oeuvres starting at 6pm. For this wine dinner, we will visit four of the main wine regions of Spain and one of the most well-known wine regions in Portugal.

Poached Shrimp with ham & melon

FIRST COURSE | Nortico, Alvarinho Minho, Vinho Verde, Portugal
Grilled Octopus with burnt orange aioli, frisée  & arugula

SECOND COURSE | Fraga do Corvo, Mencia, Galicia, Spain
Tortellini with mushrooms, rutabaga, goat cheese, rosemary cream

THIRD COURSE |  La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi, Tempranillo, Rioja, Spain
Pork Roulade with pork sausage, polenta, romesco sauce

FOURTH COURSE | Valdespino, Pedro Ximenez, Anadalucia, Spain
Plum Tart with pecan streusel, spiced orange glaze, ice cream
