with Constellation Wines

SpringHouse

SpringHouse wine director, Stephanie Ioffredo, has selected a collection of California varietals to inspire a tasting menu created by our executive chef, Pete McKenny. Jonathan Young from Constellation Wines will be our host for the evening. Seating for the event will be at communal tables for guests to gather around.

Scallop Ceviche
with jasmine vinaigrette, red onions, jalapeños
