Annual Parade of Homes expands to include lake properties

The latest and greatest ideas employed by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders are showcased annually in their Parade of Homes. This year, the event expands to include six homes in four Lake Martin neighborhoods. Three of these homes are located within Russell Lands’ The Ridge and The Willows.

The Ridge is host to two Centennial Homes entries. The first (located on 135 East Ridge Court, Alexander City, AL 35010) has been aptly named Serenity Cove due to its beautiful and quiet lakeside setting. Big water is visible and accessible, but the home is situated just far enough in this cove to provide a safe haven for your lake crew’s enjoyment. And when we say “lake crew,” we mean the whole crew. David Bonamy’s AR Homes entry is The Wynhurst (which is located at 51 Pitchford Court, Alexander City, AL 35010) in The Willows of Willow Point. In addition to showcasing cutting-edge technology and design by the Arthur Rutenberg architectural team, this beautiful lake home is fully furnished with the latest in fabrics and colors.

We love The Wynhurst plan with its four wide-open bedroom suites, each with a private bath, a lovely powder room adjacent to the main living room, and private office space. There are a few showstoppers in this design in addition to the lake setting. The outdoor space, with outdoor grilling area and fireplace, is a great spot to entertain guests lakeside.
