We have a treat for those coming to the lake for a long Labor Day weekend. On Sunday, we have not one, but two brand new, top-of-the-line furnished custom home in The Willows, our newest lakefront neighborhood.

The first home, built by Classic Homes, is this year’s Birmingham Home & Garden Inspiration Home. Open from 10am-6pm, this beautiful design by Pfeffer Torode Architecture is perfectly suited for Lake Martin. As the name implies, this home has been designed, built, and furnished to show off the latest and greatest ideas for home features and décor. Each room has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished by a talented interior designer. We think you will be able to get lots of great ideas!

The Inspiration Home

The second home, the Diamond View, (view the listing) built by Lake Martin Signature Construction, is designed to take full advantage of lake life. Open from 3–6pm, this story-and-a-half design is perfect for lake life with five bedroom suites, a bunk room, two indoor living rooms and a fabulous wrap-around lakeside porch that is ideal for panoramic lake views afforded by this site. The waterfront is feature-packed with a stone seawall, beach, custom pier and a stone-terraced fire pit.

The Willows is part of the Willow Point community. We have long since sold out of building sites in Willow Point. So our desire for The Willows was to provide a new gated neighborhood addition to Willow Point. That desire set a high bar for homes that would be built in this new neighborhood. We believe that the Inspiration Home and the Diamond View meet and exceed that standard.

Our first phase was released in July of 2018 and included 27 waterfront homesites for custom lake homes. These lots sold rapidly, with just 6 homesites remaining. The Willows is a wonderful new lake neighborhood. Please come by this Sunday to see what all the excitement is about.
