It’s hard to believe another year is almost behind us. As we prepare to celebrate the holidays with family and friends, we want to thank you – our residents and friends – for your continued support. 2015 has been an incredible year – with 427 new lake owners joining the Lake Martin family. We look forward to sharing this wonderful lake with you for many years to come.

We may be a bit biased, but we think Russell Lands On Lake Martin is one of the magical places on earth.

We believe the lake is the part of us that is always young, wild, and full of wonder. The place where we are still awed by sunrises and sunsets. Humbled by the shimmering moonlight along its surface.

The lake is our best self – calmer, kinder, quick to laugh.

The lake is healer and friend – where pristine waters renew and endless trails help us lose and find ourselves, again and again.

It is magic – where morning fog rises and disappears into thin air like dreams.

In a world of constant change, the lake remains constant. Peaceful. Joyful. And ever beautiful.

That’s why we’ve made it our life’s work to build a community around it – from marinas, adventure centers, and restaurants to amphitheaters, golf courses, equestrian centers, trails, shops, home improvement centers, and markets.

Because everything we’ve done and ever will do starts with the lake – and a promise to celebrate, honor, and preserve its waters, land, people, connections, and way of life it makes possible.
